BP-27 Pre-Proceeding Workshop

BPA will host the initial BP-27 Rate Case pre-proceeding workshop. This hybrid meeting will be held in both the Rates Hearing Room and via Webex.

BPA is conducting an expedited Section 7(i) rate case process to address the expected financial impact of the Feb. 25, 2026, U.S. District Court of Oregon’s Order and Opinion. At this kick-off workshop, staff will discuss the scope of this rate case and proposed limited revisions to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2028 Power General Rate Schedule Provisions (GRSPs). BPA staff are also interested in hearing customer and stakeholder feedback and perspectives from this workshop to inform staff’s Initial Proposal.

Once the agenda is finalized, it will be posted in advance, along with the meeting materials, to the Meetings and Workshop section of the BP-27 Rate Case webpage.
