Provider of Choice Workshop

BPA is conducting a series of public workshops to develop updates to the Revised Policy on Determining Net Requirements of Pacific Northwest Utility Customers Under Sections 5(b)(1) and 9(c) of the Northwest Power Act to align with current Provider of Choice Policy language and address issues raised during the development of the Contract High Water Mark Implementation policy. 

BPA is conducting a series of public workshops to develop the Post-2028 Residential Exchange Program Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Average System Cost Methodology, as well as the 7(b)(2) Legal Interpretation and Implementation Methodology.
