BPA will hold a series of workshops in October 2025 through March 2026 to continue the Grid Access Transformation discussions on proposed changes to BPA processes for evaluation and expansion of the Federal Columbia Transmission System. BPA then intends to conduct a TC-27 Terms and Conditions Tariff Proceeding to set and/or modify the terms and conditions of BPA’s Open Access Transmission Tariff specifically related to the proposed changes that are developed through the pre-proceeding workshop process.

For more information, including meeting materials, see the TC-27 Tariff Proceeding

Note: The Jan. 6 and 7 workshops are a continuation of the December 17-19 workshops and will be cancelled if not needed.
