The Bonneville Power Administration is announcing a new Rate Case, BP-26E, and began pre-proceeding workshops in November. This process will make necessary updates to the 2026 Transmission, Ancillary and Control Area Service Rate Schedules and General Rate Schedule Provisions to implement CAISO’s Extended Day Ahead Market, or EDAM. Although BPA is not entering the EDAM, several updates to the Market Operator Tariff are scheduled to take effect, driving BPA to do the same. For BPA to retain the ability to suballocate the charge codes under the current methodology, these administrative updates must be made.

The workshop schedule, agenda and materials are subject to change based on customer engagement, feedback, or for settlement discussions. Materials will be posted to the BP-26E Rate Case webpage before each meeting.
