Concurrent Losses Public Workshop #3

In this meeting, BPA plans to share customer feedback from the second workshop, present the Proposal Development phase of the 6-step process used in implementation of concurrent loss return service and request comments based on this meetings discussion.  The meeting will also include an early draft of the business practice changes necessary to implement concurrent loss return service.  Customers will have an opportunity to ask questions and then provide feedback on BPA’s plan for implementing a concurrent loss return service by the start of the BP-24 rate period.
