BPA Income Qualified Energy Conservation Incentive Program

Each public utility purchasing power from BPA receives an Energy Efficiency Incentive (EEI) budget, which can be used for income qualified energy conservation projects. Utilities often use these funds and their own budgets to offer higher incentives for income qualified residents and may cover related repair costs. Residents should contact their utility for specific details.
