BPA creates all new Organizations whether a Trade Ally or Utility. To request a new Organization, email lighting@bpa.gov with the Organization long name (e.g. Bonneville Power Association), sort name (e.g. BPA), an initial users full name and their email, as well as the Organization type (Trade Ally or Utility).

BPA will create new users as needed. To request a new User email lighting@bpa.gov with the new user’s full name, email and organization.  New users will receive an email with temporary login credentials and startup guidance.

• The OLC initially launched with MINT version 1510.
• MINT version 1520 is now available and includes enhancements to the user experience.
• For guidance on updating to the latest version of MINT, refer to section 4.3 (Apple) and 4.4 (Windows) of the OLC User Manual, located under Resources below.
