Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Homes

NEEM is a two-tier program that provides incentives for high-efficiency manufactured homes. There are no forms or a QPL for the measure, but the implementation vendor, Northwest Energy Works provides a certification form for each home that qualifies — which must be kept in the customer file. More information about the program is available on the NEEM website. 

The Single Family New Construction Performance Path is a calculator that determines the energy efficiency of a newly constructed home in comparison to a similar home constructed to code requirements. Under the program, any home that is 10% more energy efficient or greater than code qualifies for payments on a per kilowatt-hour basis. The program is implemented and supported by NEEA, more information is available on Better Built Northwest.
