RESALE Conditional Warning in OASIS 4.12

OATI will be applying release 4.12 to webSmartOASIS in Production on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.   One of the changes is related to RESALE of a parent reservation that is still “conditional”.  This means a reservation that is still subject to the preemption process outlined in Business Practice ‘Preemption of Short-Term Transmission Service’ (Section G).   Assignees of RESALEs that are still conditional must be aware that that the reservation they are purchasing scheduling rights to may ultimately be preempted away.  When an Assignee is setting a RESALE to CONFIRMED from a parent that is still conditional, OASIS will display a pop-up warning.   The Assignee may choose to continue or not with the transaction.
