Notice of Discounted Rate

Effective October 1, 2025, BPA will offer a discounted rate for Hourly Non-Firm Point-to-Point Service south to north on the Southern Intertie. The discounted rate is 5.88 mills/kWh. This discount applies to Hourly Non-Firm Point-to-Point reservations with the following POR - POD combinations:
