BPAT Systems Baseline Notification

BPA Transmission Services will release the March through May 2026 Short-Term Base Cases for its flow-based ATC paths on February 11th, 2026. All changes to Short Term Available Transfer Capability will be effective March 1st, 2026 at 00:00 PPT.
