BPAT Systems Baseline Update

Today, February 11th, 2026, BPA Transmission Services will be releasing the March through May 2026 Short Term Base Cases for its flow-based ATC paths. All changes to Short-Term Available Transfer Capability will be effective March 1st, 2026 at 00:00 PPT. A follow-up message will be sent after the Short-Term Base Case process is complete.
