Updated Phase One Cluster Study Reports for the Transition Cluster of the Large Generator Interconnection Requests

BPA has posted updated Phase One Cluster Study Reports for the Transition Cluster Study of the large generator interconnection requests. Updated reports for each Cluster Area are now available on BPA’s Interconnection Transition Process page.

BPA is also providing formal notification that a Phase One Cluster Re-Study is not needed.

Phase Two Cluster Study Agreements
As noted in a previous Tech Forum notice, BPA will tender Phase Two Cluster Study Agreements by Oct. 9, 2026, which represents a five-day extension to the timeline established in Section 7.1 of the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Procedures. BPA will issue a Tech Forum and OASIS notification when the Phase Two Cluster Study process begins.
