Short-term ATC Project Update

BPA is conducting a series of public workshops to develop the Post-2028 Residential Exchange Program Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Average System Cost Methodology, as well as the 7(b)(2) Legal Interpretation and Implementation Methodology.

Update: this public meeting has been postponed to an undetermined date. The 2026 Risk Mitigation & Financial Policies Refresh will provide a review of the existing 2022 Financial Plan culminating in a new financial plan, targeting a 2027 publishing date, which ensures BPA’s long-term financial goals are supported with agile risk mitigation strategy and updated financial policies.
