On Oct. 19. 2026, BPA will host a virtual only Grid Access Transformation (GAT) workshop to discuss both the Rapid Access Products & Interconnection Delivery (RAPID) program and the Speed to Power Request for Interim Long-Term (LT) Non-firm Transmission (SPRINT) open season proposal.

At the meetings BPA will provide an update to the overall GAT programmatic structure, schedules, and straw proposals for the specific initiatives that will require rate and/or tariff changes in the expedited proceedings.

Workshop materials will be available on the BPA’s GAT page. Due to the compressed schedule, workshop materials may not be provided in advance.
