PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) made the decision to improve about 13.5 miles of access roads along the existing Boyer-Tillamook transmission line in Tillamook and Yamhill counties, Oregon. Based on the final environmental assessment (EA), BPA is issuing a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) and has made a decision to proceed with the project.

The road improvements are needed because the existing access roads for this transmission line are in poor condition. Access road improvements will include resurfacing roads, upgrading drainage and stream crossings, road widening and adding a small amount of new road.
