BPAT Systems Baseline Update

Today, October 15, 2025, BPA Transmission Services will be releasing the Winter 2025 Short Term Base Case for its flow-based ATC paths. All changes to Short-Term Available Transfer Capability (ATC) will be effective as of November 1, 2025 at 00:00 PPT.
