Acquiring Transmission

Available Transfer Capability (ATC) is the transmission inventory that is available over and above committed transmission uses.  BPA calculates ATC using its short-term and long-term methodologies that have been developed to reflect topology, operational reliability, load, and market considerations.  Transmission customers can acquire ATC by submitting Transmission Service Requests on BPA’s OASIS at OATI webSmartOASIS.

CBPI Customer Conference Call
