Applications Software 

• Assist with design build, documentation, quality assurance/testing and implementation tasks.
• Assist with creating transactional applications based on physical database structures on multiple platforms.

IT Specialist Customer Support 

• Provide complete desk side services including but not limited to the primary technology areas of workstations, peripherals, printers and handheld devices. 
• Participate in the planning and delivery of customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training, in response to customer requirements.
  

IT Specialist Information Security 

• Coordinate with the Critical Infrastructure Protection compliance and cyber security of power system grid operations functions.
• Apply IT systems, security principles, concepts and methods.

Applicants may qualify with a combination of education and experience.
