Jamae Hilliard Creecy was named executive vice president of the Strategy, Business Transformation and Customer Services organization in October 2025. In this role, she provides executive leadership over the strategic planning, development and administration of the programs, systems and processes that are functionally critical for BPA to transform its operations, manage customer-facing issues and engage in emerging market initiatives.

Beginning her BPA career in 2002, she has worked in a variety of roles across the agency, including Transmission Services; Tribal Affairs; Environment, Fish and Wildlife; and Power Services.

Hilliard Creecy previously served as the vice president of Energy Efficiency where she administered BPA’s conservation acquisition contracts, provided technical and administrative support for BPA’s market transformation activities, and produced and delivered energy efficiency programs, products and services. Before that, she served as the Power Scheduling Coordination manager where she managed various energy service scheduling and system management program areas.

Hilliard Creecy holds a Bachelor of Science in liberal studies from Oregon State University and a Master of Public Administration from Portland State University.
