The Burley load area (including Heyburn) is located within Idaho Power Company's (IPCO) Balancing Authority
The Burley/Heyburn cutplane is defined as:
- Adelaide (IPCO) to Roes Corner to Heyburn 138 kV
- Minico (IPCO) to Heyburn 138 kV
- Minidoka PH (USBR) to Canal to Unity 138 kV
The load area serves the city of Burley and its surrounding communities. It includes Cassia County and Minidoka County.
