​Hood River/The Dalles Load Interconnection Capability
​To support the broader economic development goals of the region, BPA is seeking to better understand local economic development priorities and inform customer and stakeholder decisions by pro-actively providing information about BPA’s local load-service capabilities.

The Hood River/The Dalles area extends in northern Oregon along the Columbia River Gorge from Bonneville Dam to the west, to The Dalles Dam to the east. It includes the communities of Cascade Locks, Hood River and The Dalles in Oregon.
