ASC Utility Filings

The FY 2026-2028 (BP-26) Exchange Period ASC Filings review process began on July 1, 2024, and is the final ASC Filings under the current 2012 REP Settlement agreement.  These ASC Review Processes were implemented through the REP Secure website (RPSA). Any entity or individual interested in participating in the ASC Review Processes was encouraged to participate.  These ASC Review Processes concluded with the publication of the Final ASC Reports for each utility on July 24, 2025. See the "FY 2026-2028 Final ASC Reports" link below.  ASCs for the FY 2026-2028 Exchange Period is effective on Oct. 1, 2025, and remain in effect through Sept. 30, 2028.

ASCs for the FY 2024-2025 Exchange Period were determined in the FY 2024-2025 ASC Review Processes. The PF Exchange Rates for REP-participating utilities eligible for REP benefits during the FY 2024-2025 Exchange Period are listed below. The PF Exchange Rates are comprised of a base PF Exchange Rate plus a utility-specific 7(b)(3) supplemental rate charge. The ASCs and the PF Exchange Rates, below, were uploaded to this website on Oct.1, 2023. These ASCs became effective for the FY 2024-2025 Exchange Period on Oct. 1, 2023, and remain in effect through Sept. 30, 2025.
