Reminder
Customers have until close of business Friday, October 31 to submit comments through Tech Forum on two topics discussed at the October 17, 2014, Generation Inputs workshop. BPA requested comments on (1) the proposed spring acquisition strategy for the FY 2016-2017 rate period, and (2) transmission policies regarding delivery of balancing reserves acquired from third parties.

Updates to the Agreement
Based on the customer scheduling elections that Bonneville received on September 18, Bonneville reduced the Annual Budget in sections 6(a) and 8(b) of Attachment 1 to $17.5 million from $17.65 million and adjusted lines 2, 4, 5, 11 and 12 in Attachment 3. 
In addition, Bonneville corrected typographical errors in section 7(g) of the Agreement body (capitalized “Party” and “Parties”) and section 6(b) of Attachment 1 (changed “Section” to “Sections”).  No other changes were made to the Agreement since the September 15, 2014, posting. 
Deadline for Agreement and Instructions
By 4:30 pm on Thursday, September 25, 2014, any Party that intends to be a Party in the BP-16 rate proceeding must do one of the following:
(1) sign and return the signature page (electronic signatures acceptable);
(2) indicate in writing to Bonneville that they will not contest the Agreement; or
(3) indicate their intent to contest the settlement.

Correction on Timeline for Generation Inputs and ACS Rates Partial Settlement
BP-16 Generation Inputs and Ancillary and Control Area Services Rates Partial Settlement Agreement
Scheduling elections are due on September 18, 2014.  The deadline for customer scheduling elections was incorrect in the previous notice.  Please see the corrected timeline below. 
In addition, Bonneville has posted the complete Partial Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”), including Attachments 1, 2, and 3 for your consideration. Please carefully review the entire Agreement.  Please note that a typo was corrected in section 6(g) of Attachment 1. 
TIMELINE
September 12, 2014:  Body and Attachment 1 terms posted, subject to schedule election changes only. 
 
September 15, 2014:  Attachment 2 (ACS-16 Rate Schedules) and Attachment 3 (Inter-Business Line Allocations) posted. 
 
September 18, 2014:  Customer scheduling elections due. 
 
September 22, 2014:  Notice of any changes to the Agreement because of customer scheduling elections and tender of final Agreement.
