​Mid-Columbia Coho Reintroduction
Feasibility Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is funding ongoing research on the feasibility of reintroducing coho salmon into mid-Columbia River basin tributaries.

CURRENT STATUS:
A Notice of Intent was published in the Federal Register on July 30th, 2009. Two open-house style public meetings and an agency scoping meeting on the proposed project and scope of the EIS were held on Thursday August 20, 2009 in Leavenworth, WA and Friday August 21, 2009 in Twisp WA.
