Public Comment begins for Port Townsend Paper Corporation Contract

A public comment period begins March 11, for BPA’s proposal to amend the Port Townsend Paper Corporation’s existing power purchase contract. This amendment, along with a draft equivalent benefits test analysis supporting the amendment, are available for review during the two week public comment period. On March 11, detailed information will be available on the Public Comment period website. The comment period will close March 25, 2022.
