The adopted tariff goes into effect on June 30, 2024.

Today, BPA issued its final Record of Decision in the TC-25 Tariff Proceeding, replacing the current first-come, first-served serial process for processing large generator interconnection requests with a first-ready, first-served cluster study process.

The final ROD adopts the terms of the TC-25 settlement agreement released last September. In addition to the changes to BPA’s tariff Attachment L: Standard Large Generator Interconnection Procedures, BPA will adopt a new tariff Attachment R, which includes a process for existing requests to transition to the first-ready, first-served process.

With issuance of the final ROD, the TC-25 Tariff Proceeding and the prohibition of ex parte communications specific to those elements have ended. The adopted tariff will go into effect on June 30, 2024.

The final ROD and tariff are available on the TC-25 tariff proceeding webpage.
