The Bonneville Power Administration is dedicated to public involvement and transparency. To that end, we hold a number of events and public comment periods to update and receive input from stakeholders and the public.
Section 9 of Bonneville’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (Tariff) provides that the Bonneville Administrator may use the procedures set forth in Section 212(i)(2)(A) of the Federal Power Act to modify terms and conditions of the Tariff.
BPA will conduct a Terms and Conditions Tariff Proceeding to set or modify the terms and conditions of BPA’s Open Access Transmission Tariff. The TC-24 Tariff Proceeding will commence in fall 2022, and will run concurrently with the BP-24 Rate Case.
In spring/summer of 2022, BPA will engage customers through a series of pre-proceeding workshops to discuss rate and tariff issues. See BPA Event calendar for scheduled workshop dates.
