Northwest AC Intertie S-N LT TTC Reduction

Due to a physical system configuration outside of BPA's control, the BPA NWACI S-N long term Total Transfer Capability (TTC), used to make Long-Term Firm transmission offers, was reduced on December 15th, 2022. This is in effect until further notice.
