This meeting will provide a high level review of BPA’s planning processes including system assessment, TSEP/Cluster Study, Interconnections, and Project Coordination.  This workshop is part of the TC-24 Settlement Agreement.

TC-28 (Markets+) Pre-Proceeding Workshop

BPA will hold a series of monthly pre-proceeding workshops from April through December 2026 to discuss proposed changes to BPA’s tariff to enable BPA’s participation in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Markets+ day ahead market.
