CGS Nuclear Decommissioning Trust Fund public meeting

Learn about the Columbia Generating Station’s Decommissioning Trust Fund, as agreed upon as part of the Settlement Agreement for the BP-24 rate case proceedings. (See the Settlement Agreement - Section II - Terms for Rate Issues for FY 2024-2025 A. Power Rates, Item 10.)

We will review the fund’s current status, contributions per the Settlement Agreement and preparations to determine contribution levels for the BP-26 rate case.
