OATI will be deploying a change to BPAT Production webTrans starting at 2:45pm on Tuesday June 22, 2021. The system will be unavailable for up to 60 minutes starting at this time.
The impact will be as follows:
- CDE users will not be able to login until the system upgrade has been completed. Users that are already logged in at the time the upgrade starts will not be automatically logged out of the system, but screens may not be fully functional until the upgrade is complete.
- webSmartOASIS and webSmartTag will both still be available. However, TSRs will not be processed until webTrans is back online, so plan accordingly. Tag processing should not be affected.
- XML queries against webTrans will be unavailable during this time.
- Other system notifications such as JOTS emails and EIDE communications will also be unavailable.
At least 30 minutes prior to the actual implementation, a message will be sent confirming the start time. A second message will be sent when the system becomes available again.
