On March 1, 2019, BPA issued the Administrator's Final Record of Decision in the TC-20 Terms and Conditions Tariff Proceeding adopting the TC-20 Settlement Agreement, which includes the terms and conditions of an OATT to be effective on Oct. 1, 2019 and an associated Business Practice Process.
