Planning for the Future
Transmission Services has built and is planning to build new infrastructure projects that improve transmission system reliability and help meet future power needs. In addition, Transmission Services is evaluating whether non-wires solutions can be employed as viable alternatives to transmission expansion. Non-wires solutions may include pricing strategies, demand reducing strategies, and strategic placement of generators.
