Contract High Water Mark Workshop

BPA is hosting a workshop to discuss the FY 2026 Contract High Water Mark Calculation Process. The agenda includes the plan for the FY 2026 process, discussion of data reviewed and finalized in FY 2025, and any final considerations prior to start of formal process.
